Right now, starting a Chapter is an informal process. All you have to do is host a Pretty Sister party and voila, a chapter is born and you are a Party Princess! You may want to purchase a PS Start-up Party Pack to get your party started, and look through the PS Fun: Parties section to find out all about hosting your first party.

We are in the process of creating a membership directory that will keep track of all the Pretty Sister chapters across the country and a Dream Machine that will help facilitate making our sister's dreams come true. A Pretty Sister “I Believe” membership card will also be available soon with many benefits and discounts along with it.
