We want to start a collection of favorite Pretty Sisters recipes. Please share your recipes with us and we will add new recipes periodically for all to share and enjoy.
 
Raspberry Pretzel Salad
 
1st Layer
 
2 c. broken pretzels pieces
1/2 c. butter
3 T. sugar
 
2nd layer
 
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple
 
3rd Layer
 
1 lrg. box of raspberry jello
2 - 3 c. frozen raspberries
2 c. boiling water
 
8 oz. cool whip
 
 
Begin 3rd Layer first - Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add raspberries. Only let jello partially set, just until it isn't watery. 
 
1st Layer - While jello is setting, break pretzels into small pieces. Add melted butter and sugar. Spread into 9 inch pan and bake 350 for 7 minutes.Cool completely.
 
Second Layer - Mix cheese and sugar on medium. Add (drained) pineapple. FOLD in Cool Whip. Spread onto cooled pretzels and top with partially set jello. Set up all the way. Top with more cool whip.
