Martha attended Brigham Young University , where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising/Copywriting. She began an extensive career in telecommunications at Northern Arizona University , where she was a lead designer, trainer, and programmer.

She took time off to serve as a LDS missionary in Southern Italy , then later returned to the business field as a technical writer and telecommunications manager for NuSkin International. Martha spent almost nine years running FT Training Group – an outsource telecom company, offering marketing, technical writing, training, programming, and management services.

Martha is married to Cliff Montagnoli. They currently reside in American Fort, Utah , with their two daughters – who adore being called “Pretty Sisters.”
