Callie Steuer is the original "pretty sister” as described in the organization's history.

Callie is the co-founder of Oral Surgical Specialists. She was responsible for the information systems of the company and authored the company's administrative processes. She continues to be involved in the strategic decision-making process for the company.

Prior to founding OSS , Callie participated in the creation of Providio Technology Group and functioned as CIO/COO. She is an expert in network administration and project management and was responsible for the development of Providio's offshore software development model.

Prior to launching Providio, Callie served as a Network Administrator for NP Energy, an energy trading company and also as a Systems Auditor with LG&E, a Kentucky-based Fortune 500 company. Callie has also been a consultant with Arthur Andersen, LLP in Portland and Cincinnati .

Callie holds an MBA from Webster University and a BS in Information Systems from Brigham Young University .

She is married to Dr. David Robert Steuer and resides in Maine with their five young children.
